Owner message: An employee of Gulf Gas Station on Eisenhower Boulevard in Harrisburg, PA found my phone, called my home phone to tell me he'd bring it over in a couple minutes (hours ago). I then hopped on and started tracking my phone, watching him deliberately avoid coming in the direction of my home. He called back later saying he "lost his wallet" and would come drop it off a 4pm. And here we are, hours later and he's still sitting at what I assume is his home in Carlisle.
